This is it - our final Squishville update! Thank you for sticking with us through this time, we really appreciate your support and kindness during what has been an incredibly difficult Pre-Order for everyone. There have been so many delays due to the Pandemic that it extended the shipping date. Thank you all so much for being so kind and understanding.
Latest news:
All Squishville orders have either been shipped, or they are picked and packed and will be going out this week! (Please note: we've run into an issue this week with our shipping provider in the shipping network to Canada. This has caused delays for Canadians.) If your order hasn't gone out yet, not to worry! It will be out ASAP. We're working against the clock with four upcoming public holidays that may affect shipping pickups.
We apologise for any handling time delays, our Team are (literally) working overtime to get out as many orders as possible, but there have been triple the normal amount of orders, many of which are Express, due to the Holiday period.
What's in stock?
These are being packed and sent over the weekend through to next week where applicable. Please note because of this, it is now no longer possible to edit, alter, add or cancel any items from these orders during this time. Our Support staff are also seeing a huge increase in requests, and may take a little extra time to be able to respond.
